1. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations can be made online or by phone.
  
  
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  
  
• All guests must comply with our Cancellation Policy (available on our website or at time of booking).
  
  

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Any cancellation received within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your entire payment. Any cancellation 14 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  
  

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 1pm
  
  
• Check-out time: 11am
  
  
• Late arrivals must be arranged in advance and may be subject to a fee.
  
  

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow campground rules, including speed limits, quiet hours, fishing regulations, and safety guidelines.
  
  
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
  
  
• Pets are welcome in designated areas but must remain leashed and cleaned up after.
  
  

5. Use of Facilities

• Use of the campground, mill, pavilion, and other amenities is at your own risk.
  
  
• Skeenah Creek Campground is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
  
  
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to campground property.
  
  

6. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, the following are prohibited:

• Illegal substances or activities
  
  
• Disorderly conduct or harassment of other guests
  
  
• Fires outside designated fire rings or grills
  
  
• Dumping trash or waste outside designated areas
